The project converts all the past and future laws of Israel into a general’s order that all settlers, male and female, are obliged to comply with them.
Israeli Justice Minister, Ayelet Shaked, from Jewish Home and Minister of Tourism, Yariv Levin, from Likud Party are working on the project. Yariv Levin promised in an interview with a Hebrew network that the project will be submitted soon to the Council of Ministers and claimed the draft is not presented to the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu.
The Zionist regime claims that part of laws will become mandatory for settlers whether men or women by general’s order but it won’t apply all the laws equally. Shaked and Levin asked all ministries to investigate possible reactions on adopting the law in the occupied territories.
