$ 6 Billion losses to tourism sector since the beginning of war on Yemen

According to a report issued by the Tourism Promotion Board, the number of tourism sites and establishments targeted by the US-Saudi coalition causing full, partial or little damage is calculated to be 230 places and facilities.

The report pointed out that the loss of the Tourism Promotion Board was estimated at more than 9 million dollars.

He pointed out that the significant drop in the number of flights operating in Yemen has had a very negative impact on the tourism sector, where flights have decreased from 223 weekly flights to 17 and (14 )Yemeni flights in place of 102 flights, while flights fell from 55 to only 3, and from 52 flights belonging to foreign companies fell to zero because of the blockade and siege put on the most of Yemeni airports.
